Soft skills are the traits you will need for any new job. They can be used across various industries and job positions. Interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, and time management skills are among the long list of common people skills. Employers value transferrable skills because employees who have these skills are usually more flexible, versatile, and competent in new and challenging situations.
We provide workshops and courses especially designed to train students' transferrable skills, such as interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, communication skills, creativity, analysis of 4 quotients (IQ, EQ, CQ and AQ), self-management and time-management skills, and key soft skills for managing projects and the like, so that our students can become work-ready graduates.
